Entrevista
Started interviewing for a senior sales role in Dec 2024, first round were video calls with internal recruiter and hiring manager. Very positive and invited for F2F meetings but was messed around from then.
I was told with late notice the first F2F was being cancelled. I was luckily able to refund already arranged travel arrangements. I then went out of my way, again travelling in to central London just before Christmas eve to meet senior leadership for F2F discussions. I was told people were keen to meet me, and had positive feedback.
Then after Christmas and NY, I was completely ghosted, despite follow up check ins (emails/calls and LinkedIn messages) to the recruitment consultant and hiring manager. I never received any feedback, not even a "no thank you, thanks for the effort". A lot of time invested in prep, as well as time and cost for travel at the busiest time of year.
No common courtesy, or basic respect for people's time. I think this just reaffirms the shaky overall rating of the company and the cultural issues that seem to be present at every level.
Proceed with eyes wide open.

Entrevista
Very good interview process, met people who were well prepared and engaging. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Recruiter interview, followed by 2 rounds of interviews where i met multiple people. Offered a more casual meeting at the end of the process with a potential peer to understand
