Interview consisted of a screening call by recruitment team, then a series of interviews ranging from virtual and physical meetings both technical and scenario driven discussions. the drawbacks is the process is lengthy and offering process is quite tardy and on a couple of occasions interviewers weren't present on time and interviews had to be rescheduled.
