Laid back - two rounds of interviews. The recruiter was very unorganized and there was a lot of waiting between rounds, emails , questions, etc. After I declined the offer (added a potential counter) there was no response on their end. Everything seemed a bit off. I gave a salary range much higher than what they offered initially, not sure why they went forward and low balled. Would have saved time on both sides to not move forward and just be transparent. Comes back to lack of organization.
