None is difficult. Only behavioral questions. Except the interviewer is not qualified to interview technical & engineer candidate even though she might have several years of experience.

Hormel needs to diversify its management workforce. High qualified employees are not going to stay for long at Hormel. Minorities are not welcome in this company. Look at its senior manager team. It seems only white folks that are entitled to be senior leaders at Hormel.
