DO NOT SIGN THE NON COMPETE! This company pretends that they have inside information about everything and say that they need you to sign the non compete in order to bring you in. They do not have anything!!! All it is, is a way to make sure to have control of your clients if they decide to fire you or you want to go somewhere else. Do not sign it at all
