It was divided into three parts. The first interview was a phone screening with a Nordstroms recruiter, asking basic questions related to the role. Following the phone screening was a skills test for Word and Excel. The second interview was with two members of the team I'd be working with. This interview went well, it lasted about an hour. The questions centered around my related experience (similar company and position) I made it through to the final interview with the Operations Manager. Prior to this interview, they performed a background check. I felt the third interview went well. It lasted about about 45 minutes. It was a week plus wait to hear back from the Nordstroms recruiter. I was not offered the position, but only have positive things to say about interviewing with Nordstroms. Because the manager was on vacation during the hiring process for this position, the process took about two months.
