Entrevista
I applied in mid-early October for the seasonal position. I got an email a week or so later from HR telling me I have an interview for the next week, and gave me forms to fill out online (took about an hour). I went to the interview which ended up being before store hours so the doors were locked, and waited outside to be let in. We were led over to the Bistro and were sat outside where we had to wait our turn. There were multiple managers and HR people interviewing people one on one. They had a form of questions to fill out so nothing would be skipped and everyone got the same questions. It took about 15 minutes or less. Interviewer was very nice and excited. Her bright red lipstick was very distracting, haha. The whole process took about an hour. I got a call back (from a different department than what I applied to) about a week later and had the first day of orientation the next Monday.

Applied online and had a phone interview with the manager to discuss my experience and availability to work during the Anniversary Sale. Pretty straightforward interview and very friendly discussion; transparent about expectations

There was first a phone interview, then an interview arranged that took place in the store. In the phone interview solely one question was asked, what is your availability ? Then they give you an option of 2 days for an interview at the store

Entrevista
I applied online, I didn't have much work experience and it was one of my first jobs. A few days later I got a call to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was very basic and then I was later called back for an in person interview. I was nervous because this was one of my first interviews, but the HR person who interviewed me made me feel very comfortable.
