Phone interview with HR. In person interview with same person who did my phone interview, the asked if I was interested in shoes since I had applied for handbags. I then interviewed with the department managers of both immediately after the HR interview. Handbags was usual questions read off their suggested questions while the salon shoe manager did it his own way. The both had me sell them on and item at the end of the interview. On the way home I got an email for background check information and got a call back in a few days to see which position I was most interested in and got a call from the assistant manager of the salon shoe department within a half hour of the first call.
