I applied online and received a call preliminary interview. I went on to the interview at the store with 2 managers. I got a call back about a week after the 2nd interview but missed the call and called back a few minutes later but couldn't reach them. :( The phone interview was very general and was supposed to take 10 minutes but it ended up taking 15-20 minutes. The 1:1 interview was with 2 different managers and they were both very upbeat people. It took place in one of the offices in the store. It took about 30 minutes each, so 1 hr total. They asked very general interview questions and took notes on my application packet while I was talking.
