Applied online. The next day I received an email asking to appoint a time and date for a 15 minutes phone interview. The closest time slot available for me was the next 2 days so I chose that one. After 2 days, an HR person called at the time I selected (10.15AM) 'sharp' and then we talked (only about my previous job experience). The next day that HR person called me and asked me to come to the store location's HR office for 1:1 on the next 3 days. I went to the HR office and talked to the same person who talked to me on the phone before. It went well, very enjoyable and natural. It seemed she liked me. She phoned the hiring manager and asked if she could see me right away. But the hiring manager was not available. I came home. The HR person called me again - the same day - and granted a 1:1 interview with that hiring manager on the next 2 days. I went for that. The hiring manager was about my age. She had totally opposite personality from the HR. (I tend to think that's not unusual) She was very serious in finding the right one for the job. We talked for 40 minutes. She told me that she still had to interview 2 more girls that week. then I would hear from them again. The monday on the following week, I got an email saying they picked another girl.
