Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL) em set. de 2015

Northrop often comes to colleges with a list of individuals they are already interested in. They get these individuals from applications online (with resumes submitted) and stay in contact leading up to campus events--mainly career fairs. They are looking for the usual, gpas, involvement, and experience.
The interview process is relatively laid back. Often representatives have already called you and discussed your qualifications. Offers are sometimes given six or even eight months in advance of start dates.
Once given an offer you do have to pass a drug test and go through extensive applications for a clearance.

Interested in the number of languages that you have learned. Northrop sometimes uses obscure languages so this matters a lot to them.
They contacted me for an in person interview and then asked me leet code style questions. After the interview I heard back from a recruiter who set up another phone call with me

Very poorly conducted and rushed interview process. The team seemed to contradict themselves in their perception of the duties required for the job, in addition to their perception of my experience and qualifications. One senior member of the team seemed to have not read my resume at all in advance for the interview, only reading it during the interview, and then sarcastically and condescendingly asked why it seemed like I had "nothing on the resume that seems applicable to the position". At that point, the interview went from conversational to interrogational, and additional members of the team continued to condescend and ask questions irrelevant to my experience that were apparently relevant to the job description, that had been left out of the official job requisition. Overall, it was a complete mismatch in expectations due, in my perspective, to poor communication and organization amongst the team at Northrop Grumman, and ended up being a complete waste of time for me. I would not recommend working with this team and am not interested in interviewing for further positions at Northrop Grumman.

Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
