It was quick and efficient. The interviewer was very nice and understanding. They tried to relate to my experience which made it easy to talk to them. Overall, I enjoyed the interview a lot.

Was invited for interview by Northrop recruiter. Did not have phone interview but other people I know did have phone interviews. Only had remote video interview and mostly discussed behavioral questions, skills, projects, and leadership. Received offer 1.5 weeks after interview.
