The process was long with 3 different phases. First phase: hiring manager with HR. Go over the position benefits compensation and basic education and experience 2nd: take home quiz 3rd phase: panel interview. They mostly want to talk about your experience and how you previously handled conflict/ difficult situations. What you can bring to the table

Entrevista
I had a first phone interview with 2 technical managers for the position I applied for. It went great, they asked great questions and overall I had a good impression of them and the team. A 3rd manager(?) over this position couldn't make the phone interview and reached out to me separately to set up a 1:1 phone call. He accepted a time/date to call, and then flaked without notice. He reached out the following day trying to reschedule, but I declined.

The interview consisted of a phone screening, followed by a one on one phone conversation with the hiring manager. The lengthy part of the process was from submitting the resume to getting the first interview.
