HR contacted me to schedule a 1 hour meeting with the hiring manager and the hiring managers manager. It was about two weeks off and gave me plenty of time to prepare for the meeting. It was obvious that the team already had a candidate in mind it seemed like a waste of my time. The hiring manager was busy doing other tasks during the meeting, it was clear that meeting with me was not a priority.
