I had 3 interviews. I did two phone interviews, with the head supervisor of the communications department, for the position that I was applying for. I also did a semi phone interview, in regards to my salary, with a person in their human resource department. I was lied to about what hours I would be working, upon coming in, and doing a physical interivew in person. The head person over the department, which she did not work in the communications department, but in another department, and was over the communcations department, offered me a part-time position, and when I spoke to them on the phone, they told me a eight hour shift, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and told me what my salary would be. Upon me going to the hospital, I was given a different salary amount, and told that I would be flexible, and not a mid shift worker, which was totally different, from what I was told on the phone, and that I would be part-time / flexible. I feel that I was lied to, and that the interviewer acted, as if they didn't know what to do with me, in regard to what shift I would be working, how they would employ me, etc. I feel that the physical interview, in how they handled me, was extremely unprofessional. I did accept the offer, and I emailed the company for my start date, and I never got a message back from them, or a phone call. I emailed them the day after my interview, and they informed, that they would get in contact with me, right after my interview, to give me a start date.
