I was contacted by an executive search firm for a pre-screening call. 1-2 weeks later, the hiring manager contacted me for a phone interview., which was 30 minutes. About 1-2 weeks later the next level leader scheduled a virtual interview, also for 30 minutes. I was told, the hiring manager would be in contact after returning from vacation. I never heard anything back (ghosted).
