Applied to position through my school's career website. Submitted a resume and a cover letter. Got a phone call three days later for an interview. Was unable to schedule an in person interview, so they opted for a phone interview instead. Spoke to a HR representative. Very standard interview questions, nothing original or unexpected.

It’s a three round interview, but it really more about getting to know you as a person no technicals. The second and third interview was the recruiter speaking on the job overview.
