I had an initial interview with a few attorneys I would be working directly with. The second interview included meeting with various attorneys in the office from other practice areas, and going to lunch with other associates to get to know them and more about the firm. The second interview was more of a formality than a true interview. I passed the test the first interview and the second was to make sure I fit with the culture and vibe of the firm, and vice versa.
