I lived through a similar experience when I interviewed with them last month for a marketing position. The interviewer did not introduce themselves, was more than 10 minutes late for the interview with zero explanation for the delay and the HR partner (who was always copied in all email exchanges) was nowhere to be found. Really negative frist impression of company culture.
