Panel interview, 2 interview process. Met with 3 interviewers the first meeting, then met with the unit manager and coordinator. Process was quick, 8 week orientation for med surg positions.

Good interview. Communicated pros of the hospital and expectations. Still waiting to hear back but it hasn't been a week yet. Would recommend. Faculty was great. Nothing negative to say.

There was one phone interview with a third party hiring company, they asked simple general question along with situational questions then they scheduled an in person meeting with my manager. Very simple and easy process!
