I sent an application and got contacted by their recruiter the following day. A pre-screening interview was done to present the company and review my CV, which I had no feedback until I reached the recruiter, where I was told they were focusing to contract in India. Only a week after that I got approached about another opportunity that fit my profile, it was a live written tech test to be reviewed afterwards. The review was the big deal here, as the interviewers felt quite hostile and non-welcoming and their English pronunciation was poor, making it quite hard to understand whatever they had to say. Empathizing on one of the interviewers (the lead programmer) he was specially arrogant, lacked empathy, started doing other things and was bossy, despite his previous titles being pretty disappointing, The recruiter opted to not give any kind of response on the process but I didn't care much about the result given the experience I had. I also mentioned that the gameplay bits that appeared in their trailer lacked quality since they claim to be a AAA studio, perhaps they acted like that because of it.
