Two interview rounds: one with HR and one with the hiring managers. The process was relaxed and conversational. Entrevista
It was a 2 steps process: First, an interview with the person with whom I'd be working directly and his boss. Typical question like describing situations where you showed leadership or Organizational skills. Also asked specific examples of the soft skills I listed in my CV. Second Interview was with the HR person who made the offer and explained the next steps.
