The interview process consists of a couple of phone interviews and an on-site visit. During the on-site I met with several people and gave a presentation on my PhD dissertation. There was not many technical questions. Most of the questions were related to my previous work experience, my PhD research topics, and general behavioral questions. Overall it was a pleasant experience and people are very friendly.
