I submitted my resume the same day the job was posted. A month and a half later, I got a call to set up a phone interview the next morning or the day after tomorrow. I told the HR person that I could be available the next afternoon of next week, and she replied that she would definitely call me on the last day of the week to arrange the date and time. I never got a call from HR, so I decided to call her after 4 days to check what was wrong. She told me that position was filled. So, since they've identified who they want to hire, what's the point of getting the call in the first place? And why do they never call me back to inform me that we will not conduct an interview? This is a disappointment

Smooth interview process and very good experience. When ask about the culture. I don’t have any information about benefits. 2 weeks no information. Too many interviews. Team interview and total 6 member takes interview.
