Got scheduled by consultancy 1. Formal Round intial round 2. Director Round Pathetic experience with interviewer where he cant communicate in basic english skills with outdated market knowledge. Second round with so called director where he is not from IT background. They will simply listen what you are saying and they dont know what question to ask.
