I find the interview process unprofessional and slow. The recruiter who emailed me for a phone interview forgotten my name and what role I’ve applied for. I’ve constantly had to follow up as the recruiter mislead me on dates when she will let me know by. Only to finish the outcome with a generic email saying the role has been filled yet was told they are still doing phone interviews. Very confusing and disorganised
