In February I have applied for this position and they invited me for a phone interview. That was very dissappointing, because the rectuier has only 14 minutes for me. I do not think it's the amount of time to get to know a candidate. But surprisingly they have invited me for a personal interview. They send me online personality test as well, but I haven't received anything from that test... After 3 weeks of silence I have asked for a feedback. The recruiter send me a letter with the 'feedback' that the other candidate has more experience. I'm still waiting for some valuable learning points from the interview.
