Very long and slow interview process; however, one of the best interview experiences I have ever had. The hiring manager gave me a virtual tour of the facility and waited for almost 2 months after the job offer to consider my personal circumstances.

The interview is highly technical. 1) why do you want this job? 2) why do you want to switch from industry to a national lab.

Applied online. Had an initial call with HR. They explained me the process. Scientific seminar. Then I had a virtual interview spread over few days, meeting with multiple panelist. Overall pleasant experience meeting many well know scientist.

Entrevista
Two days interview. Give a 1 hour presentation on the first day. Then talked with a dozen of people in the lab. Very stressful. The place is a bit boring.
