Very unprofessional interview. Both director levels were constantly on their phones throughout interview. One Director took a phone call during the interview and showed little interest in being there. Other interviewer asked very open ended questions. Felt like I was a warmup interview for them or they already had an internal candidate and were going through the motions. Their answers to my questions about the negative culture reviews on this site were red flags for me. I was ready to walk out but decided to stick it out for the practice.
