Online application through their website. Received a call from branch manager for an interview. Interview with branch manager and head teller. Standard questions like "how would you deal with this problem" etc etc. Got call from HR within the week that I got it.

Entrevista
The first interview in conducted through Hirevue, you answer questions through video and written responses. It's very easy and convenient. Then a follow up in person interview once you get approved for the job.
