There are two rounds of recruitment process and took 2 days,first round was only introduction round with manager,Depend upon your introduction interview with manager they will call you for the 2nd round.In 2nd round there was aptitude test which is very easy,if you aware the R. S. Agarwal. And there are some management type of question after that they will call you for the HR interview,And result will tell you on the same day within 5 hr.I was selected and they told me to bring you document on next day.Then they gave seminar to us on the organisation and work. they believed that unless and until you don't know the marketing skills,you won't become BDM,They arrange individual trainer to us and send on the field on the first day, i was asking to my trainer what type of marketing we have to do? but he was saying me you will wait and watch, I thought that its a commercial marketing.But actually it was door to door marketing.Our trainer were knocking the door of the houses.And you know people were saying Is this time to knock the door?we are not interested and suddenly they were closed the door? Very worst experience of the first day. I was thinking,I am from engg background and what i am doing,so i decide that i would not continue and i left the job
