most of the interviews were done remotely (possibly due to COVID) but I did fly out to Texas to see a location before being offered the job. My frustration came from the timing of the job offer and them wanting me to relocate. The hiring manager took a 2 week vacation before offering the job and then wanted me to move (NY to FL) in 2 short week.
