Really great process, overall took less than a week from first phone call to offer! 5 stages: 1. Initial phone call with Amy: basically just a chat to see if your the right fit and she sorted out all the other things I needed to do before we had a more formal video interview the next day 2. Maths and English tests: These are trickier than you think, I found the English test harder, make sure your really reading the statements! 3. Video interview: Amy let me know that I'd passed the tests and we had a great chat, classic interview questions, why octo energy etc 4. Discovery Day: This was octo energy's form of assessment day, started at 9:30 and finished about one, as others have said it includes an ice breaker, group customer service task, group research task, Q&A and 1:1 interview, I found the one on one interview most difficult - very competency based, my interviewer was just asking questions from her screen and then taking quite a while to write down answers - didn't feel like a free flowing conversation which was a shame! 5. Mollie from the Instant impact team let me know that I had got through to the final call the next day which was with 2 members of the team I wanted to join, really good chat, only lasted about 20 mins was given an opportunity to mention anything I thought would strengthen my application, by this point it's been so thorough it feels like you don't have anything else to say! Just really shine, definitely focused a bit more on where I wanted to go within my career. Overall a really good interview experience made really easy with open communication with Amy - would love to extend my many thanks once again!
