Overall, I had a good experience. Panel with 3-4 leaders from the unit. I also got a tour of the unit and met some other staff nurses briefly. They were kind and asked simple questions.

Very easy, they ask typical interview questions. “Great strength” “greatest weakness” “biggest accomplishment” etc. you hear back very quickly and the interview is fair. I was not nervous or intimidated.

Everyone seems very polite. They are willing to work with you when scheduling interview. They are punctual. They have a warm and welcoming environment. You can feel like you have support.
