First interview will be with HR and they will ask you general questions then before you leave will do background check. If called for second interview you will meet the manager of the unit you applied for and get a tour of the unit and the manager will also interview you. If you get a third call you will get offered a position

I applied online. I got a call a few days later to schedule an interview. I went in for an interview with 2 managers. I got a call two days later with an offer.

Entrevista
I applied online and received an email to schedule an interview within the week. I met in person with the head job recruiter and then met with the unit manager the same day. After the interviews, I participated in a unit tour and had a chance to talk with some of the current employees. I received notice that I was being offered the position a few days later.

When were you faced with a difficult situation and what were the steps you took to overcome it?
The interview was pretty good. I was asked the typical interview questions. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. It took one week to hear back from them about the position and get an offer. The nurse manager and a charge nurse interviewed me once over the phone.
