After applying, the recruiter sent to me an invitation for an meeting invite for an introductory session, she didn't bother to show up. I sent her 2 emails , she did not reply to any of them. I then received an email the following Monday saying they are in the last steps with other candidates and they are likely to make an offer where she didn't even bother to apologize for not showing up and to be honest, this is not an excuse for wasting my time this way, she could have canceled the interview even if last minute. Very disrespectful.
