I got ghosted after 3 interviews and 1 SQL assessment. The recruiter ignored my follow-ups. Everyone seemed very friendly when I interviewed, but it is extremely disrepsectful to ghost candidates, especially this far into the hiring process. Okta clearly doesn’t extend their core value of “being transparent” to their applicants. Reading the other reviews here, it seems like Okta ghosts candidates frequently. This has changed my view of the company to the negative.
