Submitted online, then called in for interview. Hired within 2 days time and started after 9 days. Between the hire date and actually starting my shift was the required training. They had a group attend in the evening and we basically watched rather outdated videos. I felt they did not address how to attend to customers, customers questions or where to direct them. Upon my first day of work I learned quickly that my job position was not what I felt they had hired me for. Even after I expressed my desire to work on store displays with my creative talents, it was never followed through my management.
