Entrevista
Over all, I had a great interview experience. I applied online about two weeks ago. I received a call back a couple days later, asking if I would would like to come in for an interview. I went in for the interview and needless to say in was an interesting experience. It was a group interview with 5 other people. The interview was around 45 minutes. The interviewing manager gave us a tour of the store and then we did a couple of group activities. I received another call back from Old Navy 3 days later i and was offered a job! It was the easiest interview that I have ever had! It was super chill and relaxed. This will be my first official job and I could be more excited! Good luck with your job search!

1. There weren't any of the normal interview questions that you would expect. It was more of see how you interacted with others in the group and if you good energy.
4. We also did this exercise where you had the put together an outfit that was casual but be dresses up as well and to sell the outfit to the interviewing manager. It was actual really fun!
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

What would you do if a family of 4 came in asking for a complete, matching, vacation outfits? Show me what you would recommend then.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!
