First there was a phone interview. Then management brought me in for a group interview. I was hired the next day. Overall it was a really easy and fast process. It was not difficult to secure employment with Old Navy

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
