I did an initial phone screen with HR, then had a one-hour call with the hiring manager. They ended up pushing my interview out a few days because the hiring manager had a conflict. During the call, she told me she thought I was perfect for the job and wanted to have me interview with her boss next, but a few days later, I got a form email telling me the position was filled. Apparently, they hire the first person who passes all the interviews there rather than getting several candidates and making a decision. I think they must have already offered the job to someone else when I interviewed with the hiring manager because it was Friday end of day and I got the automatic email turning me down on Monday.
