Applied for a territory FSE position. About a week later, I received a phone interview request from recruiter. About another week later, I had the scheduled interview and went well. It was fairly straight-forward. When I asked about next steps towards the end of the conversation, the interviewer said they would schedule a second interview with hiring manager and that I should hear from them within a week. Two weeks went by and I received nothing from the recruiter or hiring manager. I followed up with the recruiter and they said they passed me off to a different recruiter. It would’ve been nice to know I was being passed off in the first place so that I would know who should be contacting me. Unfortunately, another week and a half goes by and still hear nothing from Omnicell. I gave up contacting and pursued other options despite my strong interest in their company. I understand that the circumstances are different due to COVID-19 but the lack of communication from the recruiting team is very troubling. My guess is the position is on hold due or eliminated to the COVID-19 as many posted positions are gone... but it would be nice to know what is going on.

Submitted resume, received email for phone interview with corporate recruiter 2 weeks later. Had phone interview, went over my qualifications for the position. The interviewer then scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager for the next day. Next day interview came and went with no call. I emailed the corporate recruiter giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps I was mistaken. Have not heard anything. Different tactic to say the least. Seems unprofessional for a tech company
