3 stages, there was an initial chat around your CV and experience with a director who then told you all about the company & role etc, then a tax technical interview where you had to look at some legislation and interpret it and answer questions on it. Plus some basic attention to detail tests. then a final interview which was more of a formality really to go over your contract
