Entrevista
After applying online, I received a call from a recruiter to kick off the process. The subsequent rounds included a hiring manager interview, an online proctored assessment with one SQL and 14 Excel questions, a technical round, and a behavioral panel. The process concluded with an interview with a senior engineering leader. Overall, the experience was very smooth, and the recruiter wrapped things up with final feedback.

During the process, I was asked typical behavioral questions including, 'Tell me about yourself,' 'Why this company?', 'How would you handle multiple stakeholders?', and 'How would you mentor juniors?'
The technical round focused heavily on core analytical skills, with questions covering A/B testing methodologies, Power BI, and general SQL concepts. The panel interview was entirely situational and competency-based. Finally, the round with the engineering leader was quite brief; they primarily asked about a past project I had worked on, and wrapped up what was scheduled as a 45-minute interview in just 20 minutes
