I applied online by myself. I found this position from Jobright (job search tool). The JD said the team was looking for data scientist for a healthcare org. As soon as I submitted my application, I received an invitation to complete a video interview with Alex (AI interview) in 24 hr. One human recruiter reached out to me and asked about my visa status. I was nervous about the AI interview and wasn't sure what to expect. Some people said pasting the JD to ChatGPT could help prepare most of the questions. I did the same but that wasn't helpful enough for my case. Alex asked in-depth questions about technical skills like SQL window function, R library, modeling train/test set, and A/B testing success metrics. You should really know your project and memorize the detail. Overall, the AI interview acted with patient, attentive, professional manner as it took in all the project detail I described.
