I had an initial interview with the company's president and my two immediate supervisors. The process was very friendly and straightforward, with clear expectations of what I was going to work on. They did a follow up, where I did a sample of the daily work, and had immediate review on it. My third and last interview involved shadowing the creative staff and discussing salary and compensation.
