Interview was a bit awkward, showed up 10 minutes early for the interview, and the person doing the interview didn't show up until 15 minutes late. The one big problem with this company, there are what i'd call the 'x' standard questions for contract positions. Availability, pay rate, when can you interview, start... What I found most annoying was the pay rate. Negotiated with the recruiter at $x.xx per hour, and told them up front this is the lowest i'll go... Interviews, offered the position only to have the recruiter come bad and say, we would like to offer you a position but your pay rate exceed the upper limit. Can you come down and compromise $5/hr? WTF? Why have me interview then?
