First they told me no because I wasn't in the Tampa FL area. Then they selected me an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't even put their camera on which I thought was very rude Then he mainly talked about himself. Then I got told no again. Super creepy he didnt have the camera on- what did you have to hide? I think I jodged a bullet.

3 interviews, very straight forward. Talk to the interviewer as straight forward and be yourself. Work on marketing yourself and why your a good fit for the position. Ask the interviewer questions as well take make sure its a good fit for you.
