The process took 3 weeks. The process involved talking to the recruiter, technical phone screen, onsite technical interview, another onsite technical interview followed by onsite behavioral/ cultural fit round. They have no consideration for the candidate's time. I was brought in thrice in the same week. The interviewers were late(as late as 45 minutes). Finally, one of them let it slip that they recruited someone on the inside.
