I applied online and they got back to me super fast. I had a couple rounds of interviews, first with the communications team, then with the rest of the local community. They usually do this to make sure everyone meets the potential new member and give their opinion if they think they are a good match. Because the culture and the community are super close they want to make sure they recruit people that will stay.
